SHORT CONTRACTS

All items should be properly stored. Desiccant packs should be utilized to prevent mold growth. Mothballs or cedar should be included with clothing and home linens. Refrigerators and freezers should be stored with doors removed. Vehicles should be winterized and prepared for storage according to manufacturer’s recommendations. Most items do not require any type of climate-controlled environment and can be safely and securely stored in a self-storage unit. Locks Available:
Locks are available for your convenience. Please note that all locks must adhere to a minimum security standard. Most round heavy-duty disc-style locks are acceptable. Inferior locks will be removed and replaced with acceptable security locks for your protection, at your expense.
